Master development:

Conversion of gerber file into CAD file (in order to recover data, to modify old products, to support card
assembling).
Master documentation.
After performing masterization, following will be supplied:
Origin file of electric wiring.
Origin CAD file of master.
Gerber file and CAM file for reproduction of printed circuit.
HPGL file and DXF file detailing assembling plans.
Engineering:
Layout in order to optimize assembling procedures while considering cost and quality; mechanical solutions to be combined with electronic products (containers, supporting fixtures). Assembling plans, drawings of mechanical fixtures, material bill of assembled products.
Purchasing of components:
Besides purchasing components, Elcos s.r.l. is able to ascertain availability and cost of equivalent parts.
Automatic SMT assembling:
Automatic SMT assembling consists of high level technological and operational procedures and is suitable either for small, medium or large lots.
A specialized unis is exclusively reserved for preparation of samples, short time execution, adopting same manufacturing procedures and quality as in the standard production.

PTH assembling:
Through hole assembling is performed by skilled experienced personnel. The particular care in handling the components makes possible that the assembled part is 100% corresponding to the original sample.
Testing:
Planning and maintenance of software for in-circuit test.

Planning and execution of stand units for operational tests.
Documentation for testing performance:
Layout and maintenance of testing procedure.
Packaging:
Packaging is carefully performed in all details in order to perfectly maintain and preserve the product. Label with all relevant details and specifications is applied to the package.
